XG series robot joint is an intelligent modular joint developed by our company with the most advanced technology in the industry.

 

This series of joints integrate motor, reducer, elastomer, controller and various sensors to achieve high power density, high speed and high torque output in ultra-thin volume. Highly integrated chipis used inside, which has multiple protection such as over voltage, over-current, over temperature, short-circuit, locked rotor and under voltage to ensure the safety of equipment and personnel. The external bus control is adopted, and one network cable can complete the signal transmission of multi joint motion control of robot with arbitrary configuration. Open position, speed, current three loop control and integrated intelligent algorithm, integrated torque sensor to achieve torque control function, high flexibility to ensure safety.

 

The joint adopts hollow structure to facilitate external wiring. The excellent transmission system ensures high transmission precision and output torque, and makes the motion process more stable and has stronger anti-impact ability. The joint adopts high-precision encoder and new intelligent control algorithm to realize the precise control of motion trajectory.

 

Open a large number of data interfaces, in addition to position, speed, torque signals, but also provide acceleration, gyroscope, voltage, current, temperature and other sensor data, convenient for algorithm development. Plug and play makes it convenient for users to develop various robot arms and other types of robots quickly and safely. Using the network cascade hardware connection scheme, the joint can be directly connected to the computer to control, saving the time of debugging the underlying hardware and network construction cost for users.
